How we handle the information you share with SOMAutomation.
Visit measurement
We use Metricool to understand which pages are visited and the general source of traffic. Its code records the URL, window dimensions and referring page when available; the service receives the IP address to determine the country. The tracker does not use cookies. We do not send it form contents. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and viewed pages, without cookies or identifiers.
Your information
This page explains how we use information you share with SOMAutomation through the form, email or WhatsApp. Contact contacto@somautomation.mx with privacy inquiries.
Data and purposes
We will use your name, email, optional company and industry, and project description to respond to inquiries and prepare proposals. Your inquiry may include the initial site path, external referring domain and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) to understand its general source. Before submission, this context is captured only in tab memory, without cookies or persistent identifiers. When you submit an inquiry, it is included in the email and our private request registry, subject to the retention described here; we do not store full URLs in that context. Do not submit passwords, sensitive data or confidential third-party information.
Use of information
Information will be used to respond, assess the project and follow up. Advertising and identifiable case studies will require separate authorization where applicable.
Rights and contact
To request access, correction, cancellation or objection, limit use of your information or withdraw consent, email contacto@somautomation.mx. Include your name, a reply address and a description of your request. We will explain any necessary identity verification and respond within applicable time limits.
Services we use
Vercel hosts the website. Form messages are sent through Resend and received in Google Workspace. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation takes place in that service. These providers may process information in other countries under their terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We retain communications needed to respond to your inquiry and follow up on the business relationship, as well as information required by applicable obligations. You may request cancellation through our contact email; we will explain if any reason prevents deletion.
Changes and meetings
Changes to this information will be published on this page. Contacting us does not itself authorize recording or transcribing meetings; those activities will be explained separately beforehand.
