SOMA PO Box stores every amount in dollars and lets you view everything in dollars or pesos, at the exchange rate you set.
How it works
- Every charge is stored in dollars, so the numbers do not shift when the exchange rate moves.
- In settings you choose whether the dashboard shows dollars or pesos, and type the exchange rate. It is the rate your business uses, not an official one.
- Revenue for the last 12 months, cash on the counter and each customer’s balance show in the chosen currency.
What billing covers
- Storage per package is worked out at release, together with pending charges.
- How the customer paid is recorded, with the signature and the time. The system records payments; it does not process card charges.
